BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management


This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team. They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

Course details

After successfully completing the BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, students may apply for the:

  • BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and management.

This qualification is delivered to the local and international students over total of 600 hours. The participants will have 40 weeks to complete the course requirement. This timeframe will include end of the year holidays and term breaks.

  • Student must be 18 years of age or over.
  • For international students, ACFE also accepts proof of a level of English proficiency of IELTS level 5.5 or equivalent. If international students cannot provide documented proof of their English language proficiency, they will be required to sit for a Language, Literacy and Numeracy test (LLN) before a place can be offered.
  • Documentation according to DIBP requirements.
  • International Students: $8,950 (includes meterials & Administration Fee)
