Course Particulars of Diploma of Dental Technology
Our course is spread out over 96 weeks including holidays, and you will be required to go through a structured classroom and clinical environment.The theoretical component consists of case studies, role play, and completion of assigned projects. The clinical hands-on training includes extensive work at our advanced state-of-the-art laboratory. You will be expected to successfully pass all the stages of the course before being declared a graduate.
The course fee totals $30,000 with a $250 non-refundable admission fee.
After completing our program, you will be able to independently handle repair and construction of dentures and other dental appliances.Including crowns, bridges, partial dentures, pre and post, oral and maxillofacial surgical devices and orthodontic appliances.
Admission to our course is not complex. You should be over 18 years of age, completed Class 12 and be proficient in English, with an IELTS score of 5.5.
We will also require attendance at an informal interview to evaluate your suitability for the course. For potential international students, this can be conducted over Skype from Australia to South Africa.
