Dr Darryl Gauld is a 6th generation Australian who is in his 4th decade in educational leadership and management roles. In addition to having worked as a School Principal since 1994, he has taught learners from most countries at primary, secondary, and tertiary schools, RTOs/TAFEs, higher education providers, universities, through to large corporations, since the 1980s. He has consistently been a leader and pioneer, in multi-sector international education, and is revered for his contribution in Australia and around the world.

Navid has worked in the Education Industry for 15 years and, particularly as an International Student Recruitment, Marketing and International Business Development Manager for both the Higher Education and VET sector.

His main skills include, but not limited to, International Education Strategic planning, Inbound Student Programme Management, Education Agent channel Management and training, Market research & sales lead management.

He is Bilingual in English & Persian.

Ann Razon

Business Development Executive

Ann is a Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC No. M854). She completed her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and in practice in 1998 and 2010, gaining Business Administration experience in Australia.

She has a wide range of experience in enrolment management with exposure to various information by AHPRA and ANMAC, for assessment of international students. She manages the day-to-day operations for IRON and directly deals with students and liaises with the different stakeholders.

Now, Suresh manages the financial operations, provides leadership and focusses on accounting and finance departments, to ensure that operations are efficient and comply with applicable laws and Company policies.

Amrinder has been working in the International Student sector since 2008. He has established a reliable network in South Asia markets and maintains a very supportive role for students, including assisting students in Hindi and Punjabi.

Apart from the education sector, he is a Sports Journalist. He also covered the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, including Australia's first Pride House, and the Australian open in his recent assignments.

During the course of 40 years of his career, Nic has worked in a variety of business and Management roles, such as Training & Education, Casinos and Hospitality, Music & Entertainment, Restaurant Manager, Radio Broadcaster, Musician/Promoter, Composer and Automotive where integrity, honesty and reliability played a key role in his work.

He is passionate about adult learning and enjoys the reward of gaining positive outcomes with students. He currently operates his own business consultancy “Innovative Business and Marketing Consulting” in which he consults, promotes and advises clients in various business needs.
